Works

Aubrie Place is 15 homesites on the Granville County side of Wake Forest. They run from about two-thirds of an acre to just over one, and presales are open, so homesites are being reserved before construction starts.

No single builder has the neighborhood. Reserve a homesite, choose one of the builders on the roster below, and work with them on a plan. A few homesites already have a spec-home floor plan drawn up if you'd rather start from something. Julie Wright Realty Group represents the neighborhood and stays with you from the reservation through closing.
